At HECTIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate in accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection laws.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
